Our Process

From first contact to final walkthrough, we keep the process clear and low-stress. Here is how your project works step by step.

  1. Free in-home estimate and color consultation

    Book Free in-home estimate

    Marcus or a senior estimator visits, measures, and reviews scope on-site. We email a detailed written quote within 24 hours — line-itemized, no surprises.

  2. Organized cabinet doors and scheduling

    Lock-in start date

    Customer approves and picks a start date. We help with color selection if needed (free consult with Benjamin Moore tools).

  3. Room prep with drop cloths and protection

    Prep & protect

    For cabinets: we label and remove all doors/drawers, take them to our spray booth, prep and paint on-site boxes. For walls/exterior: full prep (furniture move, drop cloths, tape, patching, power wash for exteriors).

  4. Professional painting in progress

    We paint & clean

    We paint. Daily cleanup at end of each work day.

  5. Final walkthrough with homeowner

    Final walkthrough

    Final walkthrough with the homeowner. We don't consider it done until they're thrilled. Doors/drawers reinstalled (cabinets), all hardware put back, space cleaned, touch-up kit left behind.

Typical timelines

  • Kitchen cabinets: 7–10 business days (includes off-site spraying)
  • Full interior (2,000 sq ft): 3–5 days
  • Full exterior: 4–7 days depending on prep
  • Single room: 1–2 days
  • Deck stain: 1–2 days
